Job Title : Cobol Programmer Location : Ho Chi Minh City. General Description: We are seeking Programmers/ Software Developers who are responsible for various COBOL programming projects and efforts. Hands on application development experience using COBOL, Java, .Net, Oracle, and Object oriented design; SQL database programming, client/server programming experience. Qualifications-Experience-Training • Outstanding knowledge of programming languages, especially COBOL, more knowledge about web development is preferred. • >= 1 year of experiences in COBOL language. • Good knowledge in database and database management systems, should have strong background of stored procedures and SQL queries. • Strong in object oriented analysis & design. • Experience with full software development life cycle (SDLC). • Team Leadership experience, some Business Analysis experience would be a plus. • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent. • Fair to good communication skill in English. General Description: We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to create test plans and procedures from functional and technical specifications for execution within project guidelines and schedule. Experience in the mortgage/finance industry is a plus. Well organized and goal oriented. Formal QA testing experience is highly desirable. Candidate should have a Bachelor degree with minimum of 3 years of professional experience. Non-degreed candidate must have 6 years of equivalent professional experience. Essential Job Functions • Works with Customers and IT Project Team to define test cases and test procedures. Produce test script to ensure quality of processes. • Gather requirements and identify business rules. • Organize and track defects/fixes. Non-degreed candidate must have 6 years of equivalent professional experience. • Experience in the mortgage industry is desirable. • Two or more years experience in a formal QA testing environment. • Able to handle pressure situations. • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills. • Excellent decision-making and situational analysis abilities. • Customer service oriented. • Able to interface effectively and decisively with other business units and departments. • Goal oriented. Resolves complex issue at the highest technical level regarding operations, installations, error messages, on-line transactions, system status and downtime. Qualifications-Experience-Training • IT Project Management experience implementing enterprise-wide software solutions and managing cross-functional teams. • Experience in Mortgage industry wholesale and/or retail environment. Strong understanding of mortgage operation concepts, processes and requirements is a plus. • Strong conceptual grasp of technology; understanding of client server architecture and relational database concepts. • Ability to manage priorities and handle simultaneous demands; willingness to work in a fast paced and demanding environment. • Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders, internal IT resources and software vendors. • Excellent team player and leader. • PMP certification is highly desirable. • Excellent inter-personal, negotiation and conflict resolution skill. • Bachelor's Degree in business, IT or Engineering.
